Shift Manager

Manages all sites namely KCCS Cebu City, KCCS Cordova, KCCS Toledo and KCCS San Fernando. Overlooks the statistics per site varying on the platforms assigned including site clients, site conduciveness, site attendance and site retention. All site supervisors report to the shift manager.

Lev Trocio

Quality Assurance and Security Manager

Manages the quality performances of all sites namely KCCS Cebu City, KCCS Cordova, KCCS Toledo and KCCS San Fernando by analyzing all the reports being sent by the Quality Assurance Analysts per site. Also overviews the security of each site by managing the security officers assigned to each site.

Lany Estilos

Business Development Manager

Responsible for all clients that comes in and comes out in KCCS. Manages and balances the development of each platforms to ensure growth and career in KCCS. All Business Development Officers report directly to the BDM Manager.

Jinrick Labalan

Platform Manager

Manages KCCS Platforms to enhance relationship with clients and to overlook the platform performances in order to ensure better deliverance on clients’ expectations.

Reynalyn Mae Ricarte

Training and Recruitment Manager

Specializes in recruitment and communication training every freelancer in KCCS. Filters the quality of each freelancer applicant to ensure better service to KCCS Clients.
